For students and their families, career decisions can be complicated, and stressful. The easier way is to do some analysis and advise that the student should study architecture, engineering, policy, AI and software, agriculture, or robotics. Our goal is to build your capacity and the decisions framework so that you make your own informed decisions.

How it works—8 weeks program
Building confidence (week 1): Initial assessment based on the student’s thinking and Steering shares the patterns.
Evaluate (week 2-3): We share possible paths with detailed information, the gaps, the confidence score, and the family learns to weigh trade-offs using your own criteria.
Experiments and directions (week 4-7): Student runs experiments to live the career paths, we guide them to plan and explore their career interests.
Your capacity and decision (week 8): By now, the family and the student have built their capacity to make their own decision, they have data, experiment, evidence, market research, and weighted score of everyone’s concerns and opinions to make a decision.
What you get: A decision framework for the whole family, with confidence and support from everyone.

After 12 months: More than 90% chances of complete confidence in your decision, it covers the risk of investment in the student’s education.
After 24 months: You are self-confident and capable to change the career path, if required, even without our support. Career decisions and discussions are part of your conversations, supporting each other and finding common paths.

Can you directly tell us what the student should study in college?
Yes, we can do it and that is super easy for us. However, it does not serve your real purpose. What if after six months, the student wants to change the subjects, or they lose interest, or they find it hard to study. We see it in practice. There is no substitute for due-diligence, and our process ensures that you are ready for career change questions in the future.
Also, think how people buy their first property, or first major investment in a business. Look at the stakes. A student’s education decision is a high-stakes decision—think about it.
,Isn’t 8-weeks too long?
Career and college decision taken after quick personality tests work for very few students. We see stories around us where students change subjects in the college, or they are uncertain about the path, and it means a stressful time for the family. Steering has this structured and guided process where the students share their thoughts, and then their family (entirely your option for which members want to participate) shares their concerns and thoughts. Our process reduces the two years of uncertainty into 8 weeks.
What if our kid already know what they want to study?
That is a great sign provided you know the motivation behind the decision. Are they self-driven or they are looking at friends or someone else to follow a path? How do you validate if the path aligns with the child’s own aspirations, strengths, and that it supports the family dynamics? If everything is good, you are in good space and you may not need Steering.
