Start with a pilot program
If you do not want to commit to an integrated program, let’s do a pilot.
We start with five families, on subsidized pricing, for an eight-weeks program with each family. Since, your counsellor or coordinator are actively involved by their own choice, the school can see the impact.
After you see that the results are favorable, we repeat the process for others. Or, you have the choice to say No.

Why Steering, we already have counsellors?
Unlike traditional counselling platforms, we do not directly advise career path or colleges. We build the family’s capacity and their decisions models so that they make their own decisions based on data and evidence, structured analysis, references, and experimentation run by the students in multiple career paths.
We have a proven methodology that is student-centric and family-centric, most of the schools do not have such a technology infrastructure to support their vision.
How do we measure the program success?
